LED display is a large-screen product that is widely used at present. It can be used both indoors and outdoors. So how to directly identify the quality of LED display screen?
It can be judged from the following aspects:
Display surface flatness ≤±1mm
The gap between LED display cabinets and modules and between modules should be within 1mm. If the gap is too large, the borders of the display will be obvious and the screen will be visually uncoordinated. The quality of flatness is mainly determined by the production process.
Super large screen splicing, superior display performance
In the splicing display, the LED splicing display can be infinitely expanded, play various videos, and can display images and text, images, various computer information, graphics, pictures and two-dimensional and three-dimensional animations, etc. It has a large capacity to store data information. And has synchronous display function.
High brightness and wide viewing angle
The brightness of the indoor full-color screen is above 800cd/㎡, and the brightness of the outdoor full-color screen is above 5000cd/㎡.
The size of the viewing angle directly determines the audience size of the display, so the bigger the better, the viewing angle of the high-definition color LED display should be above 160 degrees.
white consistency
The white balance effect is one of the important indicators of the display screen. In terms of color science, pure white will be displayed when the ratio of the three primary colors of red, green and blue is 1:4.6:0.16. If the actual ratio is slightly deviated, white will appear. For balance deviations, you should generally pay attention to whether the white color has a bluish or yellowish-green slant. The quality of white balance is mainly determined by the brightness wavelength ratio of the LED die and the control system of the display screen.
Color restoration
Color reproducibility refers to the color reproducibility of the display screen, that is, the color displayed on the display screen must be highly consistent with the color of the playback source, so as to ensure the reality of the image.
LED display stability
The normal service life of an LED display is 80,000 to 100,000 hours. If it works 24 hours a day, its service life can reach more than 10 years. Therefore, the lifespan of LED display screens is several times that of traditional display devices.
Safety
The LED display screen is composed of multiple boxes. Each box must be protected by external grounding, and the grounding resistance should be less than 0.1 ohms. And it can withstand high voltage, without breakdown at 1500V/1min.
Refresh frequency
The higher the refresh frequency of the LED display, the more stable and smooth the picture display. However, a low refresh frequency will not only cause ugly water ripples and a feeling of smearing, but will also affect the eyes, cause visual fatigue, and make people feel uncomfortable. When choosing an LED display, try to choose one with a refresh rate higher than 1920Hz. If the refresh rate is higher than 3,840Hz, it can be called a high-efficiency LED display and has better effects.
